What happens if I see 0 company contacts on a profile?
Occasionally, when viewing a company profile, you may find that there are 0 company contacts displayed.
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot this issue.
Troubleshooting 0 company contacts
When it says that there are 0 company contacts displayed, you will notice that there are grey filters applied. These are trying to find the best hiring managers to reach out to off the back of the projected hiring roles.
Click ‘Clear all‘
You will then have access to the whole selection of company contacts
However, if for whatever reason a company has 0 contacts after the previous steps are completed or if you know a contact who isn’t on Talent Ticker, you can click “Update Contacts” which will make our research team aware and whom will add them manually.
