What are Sales Triggers?

Sales triggers are a range of events that happen, triggering an opportunity for a business change. Also sometimes known as sales trigger events, event triggers, or market triggers, for a sales professional, any such trigger might indicate the potential for upselling, new business, and customer acquisition.

It can also offer market intelligence for competition monitoring, providing insights and industry trends for those monitoring their industry’s position. Being able to monitor what is happening in a wider market, an individual industry, or to any specific company, can really put your ahead when it comes to reaching out with relevance.

These business insights allow you to make the right calls and have informed conversations, at the right time.

What does unlimited prospects include?

Alongside every new lead, we also give you a list of buyers within the relevant company. As standard, you'll get their name and job title to work with.

To reveal their contact details, including email addresses and phone numbers, you can use your contact reveal credits.

What is the difference between an annual and monthly subscription?

Our monthly subscriptions are non-binding and renewable every 30 days. Credits will reset at the start of each billing period.

A yearly subscription allows you to choose between getting all your yearly credits automatically upon receipt of payment or splitting the credits equally each month. Our annual subscriptions are non-binding and renewable every 360 days.

Can I cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time?

You can cancel or upgrade your chosen plan at any time. All cancellations and downgrades will take place at the end of your plan cycle, and in line with respective agreements.

Are there any setup fees?

There are no setup fees and hidden costs to gain access to Selligence.

Does Selligence integrate with my existing tools?

Selligence integrates with all of your favourite tools, including; Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft, and all major email providers to ensure that your workflow is fueled with high-converting leads wherever you live.

We also offer API access as part of our Sales Triggers as a Service option on our Organisation plans for fully customised integrations.

Are integrations free?

To ensure ongoing maintenance, support, and development of our seamless integrations, a yearly fee is incurred.

With our Essential and Professional plans, the fee is applicable to each individual user. Our Teams plan includes a 'Team Integration Sync', feature which enables organisation-wide integrations.

Is my business too small for Selligence?

Not at all!

We’ve structured our pricing so that Selligence is affordable for companies of all sizes.

For a low price, Selligence provides you with full access to ourunique sales trigger events, enabling you to pinpoint emerging opportunities as soon as the ideal buying conditions arise, so you can outreach with relevance, increasing your chances of winning.

If that wasn't enough, you get the added bonus of buyers contact details with every lead, saving your reps time by removing prospecting obstacles. All you have to do is reach out.

What are contact credits?

A contact credit, or contact reveal credit, relates to a prospect's contact information. Get B2B emails, landline phone numbers, and mobile phone numbers in real-time.

One contact credit enables you to reveal all available contact information for the respective prospect. You can upgrade the number of credits you have through our add-ons.

How many credits will I get?

To start, our Free plan includes 10 contact reveal credits per user, per month. With our Professional and Teams plans, you'll get 300 contact reveal credits per user, per month. You can upgrade the number of credits you have through our add ons.

Do contact credits expire?

Contact credits refresh at the start of every month to the amount associated with your plan and chosen add ons.
