Auditing – We perform independent audits for cities, schools, and non-profit organizations throughout the State of Ohio. Our extensive experience in governmental accounting and state/federal compliance permits us to complete our engagements timely and with minimal disruption to our client’s staff. Our goal is provide our clients with beneficial feedback while ensuring accurate financial reporting. Accounting Services – Our GAAP department assists local governments with the conversion of cash-basis records to accrual-basis financial statements in conformity with generally accepted accounting principals, including preparation of Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports. Tax - We prepare tax returns for individuals and Form 990 for tax-exempt organizations.
