WHAT I DO: I help schools, project owners and developers achieve peace of mind and cost recovery by providing construction audits and control advisory services. Construction projects are expensive, the contracts are complex, and the projects are constantly evolving and changing. The complexity and continual evolution in a construction project makes construction billings prone to errors and overbillings. I identify errors and overbillings, provide feedback on control improvements and assist with cost recovery. WHO I WORK WITH: I partner with K-12 schools and other capital project owners in any industry using any contract type of construction contracting methodology.
