Unified was created by Simon Taylor and Jeremy Wright in 2017 as a subsidiary to their Venture Capital business - The Triple Seven Group. Triple Seven specialises in backing, funding, buying and scaling Recruitment ventures and has a growing portfolio of brands in their stable. Unified was launched as a means of helping all these brands and external clients payroll their temporary / contractor workforce. Experience dictates that cash flow is crucial to a successful business and contractor payroll is the single largest expense to a growing Recruitment business. By engaging with Unified, we can provide 100% funding to ensure all Temps / Contractors are paid every Friday and clients are then invoiced by us on a monthly basis, thus ensuring cash flow remains healthy.
