Our main office is at Hesketh Bank, near Preston, and we have other offices in Southport and Blackburn. Over the years we have structured a number of new charities as well as dealing with the implementation of charity subsidiaries and reorganisations resulting in significant tax savings. - Charity VAT We pride ourselves on our experience in this field – identifying VAT savings and refunds, as well as ensuring basic compliance. - Charity law and commercial aspects Whilst ensuring our clients are compliant in the above areas, we advise on all aspects of running a charity.
