His background includes several years of tax, audit and accounting experience with large and medium sized public accounting firms. including Price Waterhouse, Ernst and Young Kenneth Leventhal, and Pannell Kerr Forster, Certified Public Accountants in their tax and audit departments. Vernon holds a Masters Degree in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California (USC) and is a long standing member of both the California Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a Certified Financial Planner from the American College.
