We are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Private Companies Division for CPA Firms. All of our partners and all eligible employees are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and are in good standing with such Institutes. We are also members of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. In addition, we are a Minority Business Enterprise and/or Small Business Enterprise certified by numerous governmental entities in Florida.
