Our Firm Over the past 30 years, Joel Rosenberg, William Carbonari, and Stephen Russo have established thriving accounting practices by remaining steadfast to our aforementioned common commitment and belief. During this period as the reputation of our firms grew for quality, experience, and high standards, Joel, Bill, and Stephen constantly found themselves around a common table representing their respective clients. In 2009, they decided to merge their practices to form RRC Price, CPAs P.C. The firm currently consists of seven CPAs, eight accounting professionals and three clerical/support staff. All of our team associates are highly trained, driven, and devoted to maintaining the standards and philosophy started by the partners. Our firm for the convenience of our clients has maintained offices in Rockland and Westchester Counties.
