Reginald is a strategic financial advisor and represents exceptional C-Level talent to provide interim financial management and project management for fortune 500, government and non-profit organizations. With twenty years experience as a CFO/Controller and eight years in financial consulting including that with the global consulting firm of Booz Allen Hamilton, Pearson Education, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Reginald is able to partner with senior leadership to provide the right resources when the need arises. He has built a reputation for generating results in the most challenging situations. For example, Reginald created value for a $250MM textbook publishing division by restructuring the national sales incentive program and generating a 5% increase in market share within 18 months. He assisted in securing $30MM in round one private equity financing for a Chicago-based medical practice. Reginald also restructured a $1MM note for an educational institution that resulted in saving $65K annually in interest expense. Reginald holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from The Lake Forest Graduate School of Management as well as a BSBA in Accounting from Roosevelt University. He is six-sigma certified and has studied advanced finance from Northwestern University and Yale University.
