Prax offers full-cycle accounting and business consulting services that integrate our client’s goals, mission, and purpose while stimulating growth. While our services cater to a wide range of clients in a variety of industry sectors, over the years we have developed a unique and productive rapport with forward-thinking entrepreneurs and business owners. Our services fall into 3 categories: Accounting, Business Development, and Taxes. 1) Accounting services include everything from cleanups to recurring monthly bookkeeping to CFO-level strategic planning. We've worked in most industries and have plenty of experience structuring your QB file to both make sense to you and comply with tax requirements. All accounting clients are assigned a lead bookkeeper and lead account manager, as well as a tax specialist as needed. 2) Business Development is the most recent addition to our services. This includes our proprietary Prax Plan and Prax Process, which together evaluate and tackle the 21 factors impacting your company's ability to grow. We evaluate all areas of impact, not just as it relates to accounting - for instance, we look at your marketing strategy, your HR compliance, and your IT infrastructure. The Prax Plan is a strategic 12-month business plan with sequential actions/tasks to address all 21 factors, including their inter-dependencies, benchmarks, forecasts, and more. The Prax Process then implements and manages the actions/tasks, tracks benchmarks, and continuously improves to meet defined goals over the 12 months. 3) Tax Return Prep, Tax Debt Resolution, and Tax Planning are available to all clients.
