Phoenix Knights began on October 1, 2002 as a sole-proprietorship formed by Tristan “Alex” Knight to provide tax, accounting and management services to individuals and small businesses. Tristan first prepared tax returns in 1994. Then as now, Phoenix Knights provided its clients with the competency and professionalism that has become a company trademark. This dedication to quality and efficiency resulted in the company's tremendous growth. For example, during the 2009 filing season, Phoenix Knights' client base expanded by 240%. Phoenix Knights expanded its scope of practice in 2006 to provide bookkeeping services to our clients. We serve all sizes and forms of businesses such as Corporations, Sub-S, Partnerships, Sole proprietorships, LLCs, LLPs, non-profits and others. The companies we work with know they can rely on Phoenix Knights to be a safe and reliable haven for their business records and preparation of tax documents. Today Phoenix Knights serves clients throughout the United States. From accounting and bookkeeping, to tax consultation, and preparation services, Phoenix Knights provides a wide variety of services to its clients.
