Parity Partners was founded in 2016 by four passionate female executives to address the scarcity of women in high-impact leadership roles and to foster diversity in corporate environments. Between their two businesses, Parity Partners has developed end-to-end initiatives that actively place accomplished women and diverse talent into executive-level positions, while training the next generation of female leaders. Parity Search offers a robust pipeline of diverse, highly qualified talent to the financial services, asset management, and technology sectors. Their growing database of 10,000+ accomplished professionals is further amplified by the P3 community described below. Parity Professional Program (P3), our signature program, elevates both early-career and seasoned-professional women by helping them develop or enhance their strategic leadership skills through our robust curriculum. In addition, we curate our membership into small groups to foster powerful community-building opportunities with other talented women. Today, the global Parity community includes 600+ high-achieving women across New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, London, Boston, and Washington, District of Columbia.
