For more than twenty years, Peter Galasso has successfully managed and litigated many complex business valuation cases and enhanced earnings calculations. Utilizing his business degree and accounting background, Peter learned over time how to best navigate the due diligence phase of the valuation process and how to most effectively challenge the theoretical assumptions and the accounting methodologies employed by the business valuators engaged by divorcing parties. Along with his experience and intellectual commitment to the business valuation process, Peter intends to collaborate with CPA Louis Cercone and his Brisbane Consulting Group, LLC staff at Optimum Business Valuations, Ltd. (OBV) to provide the Bar with a more user friendly forensic accounting experience.
