Founded in 1960 by Peter V. Masotti, Lewis R. Masotti and Robert P. Masotti, our firm has a rich tradition in public accounting that spans three generations. We are a full-service CPA firm, with over 20 principals and staff offering a full range of tax, auditing and consulting services. We serve clients that vary in size and industry advising small to mid-size businesses and entrepreneurs and performing extensive tax work and litigation support for publicly held corporations, including U.S. subsidiaries of foreign owned corporations. Our vast experience in representing clients at all levels of the Internal Revenue Service including the Audit Division, Regional Appeals Office and the National Office allows us to effectively navigate through the complex auditing process.
