The mission of Lumbard Consulting is to empower not-for-profit leadership for mission success. Customized services for not-for-profit organization include board governance training, management consulting, bylaw and policies guidance, assistance with finance department staffing needs assessment and candidate screening, and special projects. We also provide "lunch and learn" sessions on board governance for CPA Firms serving not-for-profit clients.
