Payroll and VAT – Provide accurate reporting of payroll and VAT including filing with HM Revenue & Customs. Management Information – Producing management accounts, cash flow forecast, budgets and any other information needed to help with good financial management. Statutory Accounts and Corporation Tax – Reporting of annual accounts and Corporation Tax to the relevant authorities. Business Growth Advice – Providing strategic advice to senior management on growth strategies, financial planning, setting of long term aims and exit strategies. Mergers & Acquisitions – Providing support when buying or selling a business including assistance with financial and legal due diligence and working with other professionals in the negotiation process
