Multiple Report • Financial Reporting, Account Management and Analysis, Bank Reconciliation. • MIS and Budgets, Cash & Fund Management. • Monthly Book Closing and preparing monthly Profit & loss statement & Finance MIS to Management. • Monthly and Annual Closing and Reporting to Management including all required forms, reconciliations, commentary etc. • Conducting VAT reconciliation and depositing customer’s VAT in co-ordination with London Office, as per VAT quarter. • Consolidated Financial Statement for Group Companies. Client Invoicing • Creating Monthly/ Weekly invoices and submitted by e-mail. • Verification and approval of bills from suppliers, after matching with services/goods receipts and purchase orders. Book-keeping and Store Accounting • Finalization of Books of Accounts of Company and its subsidiaries companies • Monthly Book Closing and preparing monthly Profit & loss statement & Finance MIS to Management. • Monthly and Annual Closing and Reporting to Management including all required forms, reconciliations, commentary etc. • Acquired sound knowledge about the USA Chargeback (Debit Note) Accounting system MIS reporting, Bank reconciliation, Book-keeping and became familiar with On-line accounting System, solving all queries through E-mail. Technical Skill • Conversant with MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Tools, most of the widely used accounting packages including Tally ERP, QuickBooks, Sage 200, Banana Accounting, Sage Payroll.
