We were founded April 2009, by Spiceda Jackson then Davis a certified public accountant who had just exited life as an accountant working for a big 4 accounting firm. Spiceda is an advisory accountant with a specialized background in carve-out financial statements, mergers, acquisitions, and selling businesses, also known as Transaction Advisory Services. She is wanted to take her eXperience working for large and Fortune 500 businesses and share it with small businesses; therefore eXFinancial Inc was founded to help small businesses grow exponentially by giving them access to eX-Big Four Advisory Accountants, eXperts, and eXperience that result in Small Businesses structuring and strategizing to increase profits and identify tax benefits and deductions.
