We do this by providing the following on-going services: - Training of existing accounting staff - Manage month-end and year-end close, including * Month end reconciliations * Month end analysis of accounts * Manage year-end financial statement audit * Prepare US GAAP financial statements - Participate in monitoring activities such as financial report review, journal entry review, or internal control maintenance - Tax liaison - coordinate tax and compliance return preparation with your existing CPA firm - Assist with any needed sales tax reporting or use tax reporting - Develop projections and budgets for upcoming reporting periods - Manage debt structure and participate in debt negotiations - Analyze financial data to assist other departments (such as sales, development, or HR) - Make critical decisions to maximize revenue streams and make expenses more efficient - Develop financial KPIs - Budgeting and forecasting - Attend critical meetings with the Board of Directors and/or potential investors We can also provide other one-time services, such as project management duties for software conversions, upgrading accounting systems, or adding new cloud-based software.
