Clients can engage EFM Yorkshire on a project or interim basis or via an on-going bespoke approach which is flexed to the changing needs of the customer. The business supports growing companies and businesses undergoing change and transformation on practical commercial issues involving profit margins, resource implications, products, prices, turnaround, MBOs, risk management, financial modelling, investment & budget appraisals, business plan development, contract evaluation, cashflow and balance sheet projections amongst others. The focus of EFM Yorkshire is to offer financial support to those businesses who either cannot afford a finance function, need ad-hoc finance related project resource or do not want the fixed cost and related issues of full time employees. This transfers a fixed payroll cost into a flexible and scalable resource. EFM Yorkshire supplements existing finance teams or acts entirely as the company's finance department or undertakes financial projects such as conducting a commercially minded, finance focused due diligence for investors.
