The Managing Director of Doyles & Co is Andrew Doyle ACMA CGMA BSc(Hons). Andrew has worked within accounting and business for 20 years qualifying as a chartered management accountant over 15 years ago in 2001. Andrew chose to study Physics and graduated with honours from the University of Leeds in 1997 as a Bachelor of Science, BSc (Hons). Prior to university Andrew achieved excellent academic results highlighted in 1994 at 'A' Level with an 'A' in Physics and an 'A' in Business Studies finishing top of his college with 88% in Accountancy. Andrew is a continuous high achiever and innovator who has generated £millions in profits for his clients. Extensive and varied experience operating with clients & suppliers across industries (e.g. construction, retail, rail & internet marketing) and across departments (e.g. sale & marketing, warehousing & logistics, IT, procurement & retail operations). From one man bands to micro to macro sized companies Andrew has supported them. Experience from an accounting perspective - Management accounts and statutory accounts - Budget, forecast & strategy - Accounting & KPI system design, implement & manage (bespoke & 'off the shelf') - HMRC returns including Corporation Tax, Self-Assessment, PAYE, VAT, CIS etc Experience from a commercial perspective - Supporting & leading client & supplier negotiations - Deciding & planning sales strategies - Improving marketing strategies - Driving cost reduction programs - Managing various contract types & projects - Developing & finalizing business cases - Working with owners & executives through to floor & admin employees - Planning & supporting the delivery of significant & challenging change strategies One of Andrew's key strengths is being to work across industries, across departments and across hierarchical structures.
