Donna Barnish is a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a graduate of Wilkes University with a Master of Business Administration degree. Donna is also and Enrolled Agent licensed to prepare taxes. She has over 25 years experience in both the public and private sector of accounting.
