Community Auditors, formally known as Cogden & Associates CPA, LLC, was founded by two CPAs that wanted to leverage their accounting experience to help nonprofit organizations. Michael Coglianese founded a CPA firm over 30 years ago and Jamie Denz has been a CPA for over 25 years. Michael and Jamie created Cogden & Associates CPA, LLC in order to create a boutique CPA firm that specializes in providing audit, tax, and accounting services for nonprofit organizations.
