Founded in California’s Central Valley by Gerald “Jerry” Clendenin and Constance Bird, our firm has specialized in providing not only accounting but also business tax planning and consulting services to local businesses in the Modesto and surrounding area. Today our staff includes Certified Public Accountants, Enrolled Agents with the IRS, staff accountants and bookkeepers with clients throughout California and beyond. Our firm is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of CPAs.
