Buckeye Professional Staffing's innovative and strategic approach to personnel placement allows us to move quickly when you have personnel needs. We only concentrate on the disciplines that we have working knowledge of. At Buckeye, we can sum up our innovative approach into three (3) very unique concepts. 1. We've been there. We aren't you're standard recruiters who know recruiting really well but don't know much about your business. Our Principals have hired the exact same type of employees that you are looking for to help make your company successful. In other words, we know your business. 2. We understand your financial burden. Unlike most recruiters, we understand that your business has many expenses. It's because of this that we've cut our fees to approximately 50% of what you'll find with other recruiters. 3. We also understand that, with any business, cash flow is a very important consideration. It's because of this understanding that we break our fees up into 4 equal payments over 90 days (Day 1, Day 30, Day 60 and Day 90). If we place a candidate and he doesn't work out within 90 days, then you only pay up to the point that he left. In other words, we accept some of that risk right along with you. In addition to full time permanent placements, we can provide you with temporary employees to meet a project specific need. We specialize in the following fields.
