Black Swan Group, LLC. was founded by Michael Solimini, CPA with the purpose of servicing service-based and e-commerce businesses. We are a full service bookkeeping and CPA firm, and as such are able to provide technical expertise, insight and service of the highest quality to our clients. Our staff are licensed CPAs in the state of New Jersey and are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA).
