BC Consulting is a boutique firm of Certified Public Accountants concentrating in income tax. With a primary focus on high net worth individuals and owner-operated businesses, we find solutions to almost any tax or accounting questions facing our clients. In addition to preparing business tax returns, we also provide tax planning and business consulting services, such as choice of entity and business structuring, succession planning, and process improvement and streamlining initiatives. For our individual clients, we offer a full range of services, including income tax return preparation (federal and state), tax consulting and planning, assistance with quarterly taxes, and estate and gift planning.
