We know you’re busy running your business and the last thing we want is to get in the way. We work in our office where we can collaborate with the team assigned to your account. It’s a win-win! All of this is done with QuickBooks On-line which allows you and our team to access the same QuickBooks file in different places at the same time. In addition, there are multiple ways to share documents (file sharing, smart phone scanner or e-mail), the only thing we ask is that you use whatever is most convenient for you. In addition, we communicate how you are most comfortable, whether that be by e-mail, a phone call or a text message.
