Verna A. Greer, a results-driven Accredited Business Advisor and Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) is the President and CEO of ATC Advisory Group LLC, a financial consulting firm based in Jersey City, NJ. With approximately 30 years of corporate, small business and non-profit organization experience, Verna has held financial leadership positions at State Street Corporation (Financial Analyst), Bank of America (VP Small Business), and Mass Bay Transit Authority (Manager of Capital Budgets). Her most recent position was Executive Vice President for the Association Of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA). Verna is recognized for her skills in growing and reshaping the financial structures of small businesses and non-profit organizations. As an experienced business development professional, Verna specializes in providing executive leadership and guidance to new and existing organizations, both in the private and not-for-profit sectors. She is consistently successful in increasing effectiveness, productivity and profitability at all levels, all while surpassing goals and expectations. Over the last 10 years Verna has been a leader in corporate development with the primary responsibility of fostering corporate relationships and raising revenue for non-profit organizations at NABA and ALPFA. Prior to joining the non-profit industry, Ms. Greer provided accounting, taxes and financial reporting for several Financial Service Corporations including State Street Corporation and Bank of America. Before that, she managed a $4 Billion Capital Construction Budget at the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority. At ATC Advisory Group, Verna leverages these same skills and qualifications to provide excellent financial leadership to her clients. Verna has an MBA with emphasis in Entrepreneurialism and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Northeastern University. She also has continued professional education certificates from Georgetown and Harvard Universities.
